Good Solubility Aliphatic Polyurethane Resin For Gravure Printing Ink
Polyurethane resin DR-7289 is a one-component aliphatic polyurethane resin. It is mainly used as a binder for benzene-free and ketone-free gravure printing inks, and it has good adhesion to surface-treated substrates such as OPP.

Applicable substrate:
The ink produced with this product is suitable for substrates such as PET, BOPA, BOPP, CPP, and PVDC that have been corona-treated.
Compatibility:
Polyurethane resin DR-7289 has good compatibility with NC system, PVB resin, and aldehyde-ketone resin.
Solubility:
Soluble in esters, ketones, and aromatic hydrocarbon solvents.

Storage:
This product should be stored in a cool, dry place with a validity of 12 months. When making inks for non-polar substrates such as OPP, a polyketone, titanate coupling agent, or other adhesion promoters should be added to improve adhesion.
