Solubility(25% EA solution)

Colorless and transparent

Application

1. UV varnish: solution colorless transparent, high gloss of paint film.

2. UV ink: the pigment has a good wettability, improve the pigment development.

3. UV coating: provides adhesion to the substrate (PVC, PU, paper, PC, etc.), provides

excellent flexibility and high bending resistance.

4. PTP aluminum foil heat sealing adhesive: it is used in combination with carboxyl vinyl resin

to greatly reduce heat sealing temperature (150℃ to 140℃) and improve heat sealing strength

on aluminum and PVC heat sealing.

5. All-in-one machine paper adhesive: improve the adhesion fastness to the paper.

6. Hot stamping coating: reduce the stamping temperature and provide adhesion to the substrate.

7. Carbon belt: reduce melting temperature and provide adhesion.

Solubility:

1 . In the UV system, it can be well dissolved in HDDA, TMPTA or cationic monomers to make

a resin solution of 10-40% solids, and can also dissolve part of solvents and part of monomers

to achieve a higher Solid, colorless and transparent solution.

2 . The solid content of the ester solvent is recommended to be 20% -25%, the solvent is

recommended: EA,NPAC, NBAC, etc., the solution is colorless and transparent.

3 . The solid content of ketone solvent is recommended to be 20% -30%, the solvent is

recommended: MEK, MIBK, CYC, etc., the solution is colorless and transparent.
